Quotes provided after a site visit are valid for a limited period and are based on the measurements and requirements confirmed at that visit. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes after the site visit.

3. Installation Scheduling

Installation timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, or site access. We will communicate any changes to the schedule as early as possible.

4. Warranty

Workmanship warranty terms are provided in writing at the time of quotation/installation and cover fitting and tensioning defects arising from normal use, not damage from misuse, extreme weather events, or third-party interference.

5. Payment

Payment terms are agreed at the time of quotation. Any advance payment required will be communicated clearly before work begins.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lakshmi Safety Nets is not liable for pre-existing structural issues at the installation site that are unrelated to our work, or for damage arising from unauthorised modification of installed netting/grills after handover.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
